They charge 15.oo for each item hauled away but if you call your electric supplier they will pay you to haul it away if you are upgrading to an energy efficient appliance. They will install it for free but you have to purchase new hoses for a washer and new pigtail for the dryer.they did not switch the door hinge for me so that i could have it open on the left. It opens with the hinges on the right.Not hard to switch however
