“Anyone else have a problem with it not turning off ? We turn it to the timer of 60 and it’ll go to cool down and never turn off after cool down ? Also seems to take numerous cycles just to dry a load”

Have you checked your lint trap and make sure it is cleaned out before each use as this can mess up the sensors but other then that I would call the manufacturer's help line!
