“The dryer is not timing down and stopping on it's own. It stays on whatever setting I set it to and no matter how long I leave it, the dial never turns. I have to physically turn the dial to off or open the door. Please help, how can I fix this?”

It's broken call best buy. Hopefully you purchase the warranty
