Hi there, the Band 7 and all our watches pair to the Zepp app and can sync your data to Strava via the Zepp App --> Profile --> Add Account --> Strava, however only our GTR 2, GTS 2 , GTR 3 Pro , GTS 4 , GTR 4 can upload mp3 music files to the watch that can be listened to through the Watch or bluetooth Earphones.
