“Can you shut off the wifi and Bluetooth on the watch and then only turn it on to sync?”

• The Band 7 does not use Wifi and there is no option to shut off the Bluetooth for this model. If you do not want it to regularly sync then you can fully close out of the Zepp app and not have it running in the background. Michael | Amazfit Support
