QuestionTimer feature. I need to be able to 1.Get to the timer feature easily from the main screen, in 1 or 2 steps. 2.Set the timer to whatever time I wish, up to 60 minutes. 3.Have the watch retain the time I previously set. Can this watch do all of this?

- Answer Hi there , Yes absolutely, you can do things like edit the app list to have the timer/countdown app as the top app on your app list or add it to your shortcuts for easy access also . Kieron | Amazfit Support

QuestionHow do you answer calls with this? The only icons that show when I get a call is an "X" to ignore the call or the red icon to decline the call. There is icon to answer the incoming call

- Answer Please note the Bp 5 Unity does not have Bluetooth phone capabilities so you are not able to answer a call with this model. Please refer to the Bip 5 version for this feature. Michael | Amazfit Support
