Can use it with out the app? null

Hi Loose, no unfortunately you would need to first pair and set up the watch through the Zepp app before you are able to use it. You can use it after it has been set up but most settings you would apply on the app, data would not be saved, and lastly you would not receive regular updates for the watch without the app. Michael | Amazfit Support
