A:AnswerHi there, the aluminum frame mostly sits around the edges and doesn’t make large surface contact with your wrist. The back of the watch case (housing sensors) and the strap are plastic/polymer and silicone, not metal. Michael | Amazfit Support
A:AnswerHi Joenad, unfortunately that would be how the watch face displays the time. You can try to see if you can change the watch face that would display it in that format. You can view all the available watch faces through the Zepp app under Device -> Amazfit Bip 6 -> Watch Faces. Michael | Amazfit Support
A:AnswerHi Donny, the Bip 6 is not able to do any anthropometrics measurements. The main health metrics it is able to measure for are heart rate, sleep, stress, readiness, exercises, and SpO2 levels. Michael | Amazfit Support
A:AnswerHi Mike, yes you are able to through Zepp Flow. You can do any voice command to control the watch or ask it any questions about your health data as well. Michael | Amazfit Support
A:AnswerYes it does. I had an issue with it constantly showing unread gmails as new notifications though. Fixed by turning off Gmail notifications to the watch and using a different app for Gmail.
A:AnswerHi Andy, yes, the Amazfit Bip 6 smartwatch offers comprehensive sleep tracking, monitoring sleep stages (light, deep, REM), duration, and quality, providing insights like a daily readiness score and even tracking naps.

A:AnswerI love the watch the battery will stay charged for a week without recharging it. I can go out of town and not take my charger and it will stay charged
A:AnswerYes, you can set it up to have a screen lock. However that is for when the watch system detects that it is not on your wrist. You would swipe down on the screen, tap the little gear for settings, and go down to preferences, and choose off-wrist lock.
A:AnswerHi ALi, please note you will need to initially pair and set up the watch through the Zepp app on a smartphone before you are able to use the watch. All of the health items work without the phone being nearby and connected. Michael | Amazfit Support
