“why does it say authorize real time data and have no were to authorize it at every time i try to do any of the hr,sp02, stress, all of them and i can’t find any answers anywhere just got it yesterday going to return it tomorrow if i can’t get them to work”

Not sure about your specific issue, but when I couldn't get weather and Alexa to work, I removed the Zepp app from my phone and reinstalled it, and paid VERY CLOSE attention to all of the permissions questions and pretty much set every one of them to "allow" so that things would work, so I'd start there if it's not too late.

Please try again later.Hi there You can turn on real time data in the Zepp App --> Profile --> Bip U Pro --> Health Monitoring , you can then frequent how often or what you would like monitored in real time , this does affect of how much battery life your watch has between charge cycles
