• Hi JZ, There is a remote included in the box with the Amazon Omni QLED Series 4K UHD Smart Fire TV! However, you can give Alexa commands like "Alexa, open Netflix or Alexa, turn it up" just by saying it out loud. Alexa can help navigate or you can use the remote, the choice is yours.
