Q: QuestionThe description says “no remote needed.” Does that mean it doesn’t come with a remote control?
Asked by JZ.
- A:Answer Hi JZ, There is a remote included in the box with the Amazon Omni QLED Series 4K UHD Smart Fire TV! However, you can give Alexa commands like "Alexa, open Netflix or Alexa, turn it up" just by saying it out loud. Alexa can help navigate or you can use the remote, the choice is yours. Q: QuestionIf I have Roku can I set this to power on to the Roku Stick vs. the TV home page? If so, how?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hi, Thanks for your question! The Amazon Omni QLED Series 4K UHD Smart Fire TV is a smart tv, so no streaming stick is required. You can download apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and more to stream at your leisure. This TV can also be used without a remote by simply asking Alexa to open apps, change volume settings and more. You can do this by saying your commands aloud if Alexa is enabled or by pressing the Alexa logo on the remote provided. Hope that helps!

Q: QuestionAmazon's website claims this item includes Full Array Local Dimming, but the description on Best Buy says it has Direct Lit lighting. Is this a different product?
Asked by ssimpsonswag.
- A:Answer Hi ssimpsonswag, great catch! The only version of the Omni QLED that is Direct Lit is the 43" model, 50" and above all feature Full Array Local Dimming. I apologize for the confusion, we'll try to get this corrected! Hope that clears things up, have a great rest of your day!
