• Amazon Kindle has great parental controls.

• The amazon 7" tablet. You set it up and set the controls. It's pretty indestructible. There is also a 2 year "no questions asked" warranty if it breaks. Just send it in and they will send you a replacement. I have two 5-year old granddaughters. They love it!
