• Hi Kinsley, The tablet does have Bluetooth built into it however, you cannot Bluetooth a video on it from another device. Depending on your cellular provider you my best able to utilize your smartphone as a hotspot to the device. I would advise contacting them for the specific terms before you do. Have a great day!
