They told me that it should just transfer when you set up your new Amazon Fire 10 as long as you use the same user. I didn't seem to have any problems except for a game and with a little work I got it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Amazon Fire 7 died about two years ago and I recently replaced it with the Fire 10 - I literally just turned the thing on and it automatically started to load - including registering the new device to your account so it can access everything you've purchased in the way of books, games, apps etc. Any books, games etc that were available on my old Kindle were then available on the new one -- you can pick and choose what you want to actually download because the storage space may either be greater or lesser than what you had in the past but everything should be there. For the books you will see icons for everything in your library but you will notice that it's separated into all available content in your library vs what is actually downloaded to your device. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think I can help....I ran into the same problem last year....number one make sure that all of your books are connected to your Amazon account....in the settings you should be able to look up your content which should be all the books you have purchased....it will ask you which device you need to deliver them to....make sure that you register your new kindle and sync with your Amazon account....I hope this helps....if you have trouble with this process try looking for a help section and they may be able to explain it better than I have...good luck.
