“I just bought this product set it all up in the app and when the ring was green it worked great then went outside came back and now it is blue and the blue light goes out for a second and comes back on. I don’t know if it’s updating or what”

Try unplugging it and plugging back it, sometimes that fixes minor issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The blue light usually means that Alexa has a notification. Try "Alexa Notification". I love this feature because whenever I have something that arrives from Amazon, Alexa has a notification waiting to let me know.
