• Yes you can. I have an iPhone and Alexa does not play Apple Music. I paired my iPhone and each Echo using the app and now I just tell the echo link to my phone and use it like any other Bluetooth speaker.

• The Echo must be connected to WiFi to pair your device. You can play audio over Bluetooth but not take a call.
