• if they are alexa enabled yes believe it will. Very few things require a full hub.

• As long as you link all the respective Smart Home applications that corresponds to all those devices, you should be able to use them all by adding their skills to Alexa. Sounds complicated but I'm pretty sure after a few YouTube videos you'll be a pro :)
