My echo was playing and I asked Google to play some music but it's not responding. So I unplugged it and now it just shows white light. Won't play. Help me please. null

Ask, (Alexa) play music.  Tell Alexa you love her.
Plug it in to a different place. Mine is just like this one.  It has a hard time finding the internet connections most every time I move it.  Some days I try a different plug in several places.  You have to tell Alexas to play music every time you unplug it, & it comes back on.  Good Luck!  Buy you another one! I want a 3rd one.  One in the kitchen, bedroom & need another for the garage & outside.   Love them

You just have to reset it again and try to talk to one only, Alexa o google

First of all echo devices don't answer to Google. The wake up word can be set to Alexa, echo or computer. Default is Alexa. As to the light.
The light ring will show the volume percentage in white when you manually turn the light ring on the Amazon Echo or the first-generation Echo Dot, press the volume up or down on the second-generation Echo Dot or tell Alexa to adjust the volume. A continuously spinning white light means Alexa Guard is on Away Mode.
