• No you cant plug it into a 220 volt oulet. Yes, you can use it in Asian countries without an adapter.

• It plugs into regular Untied States 110 outlet,. I don't know about Asia outlets.

• Hi Noor, The 240 outlet had different prongs usually, and the Echo Dot is to be plugged into a standard 110V outlet. You would need some type of adapter. Hope this info helps. Have a great day.
