Please try again later.Hi there, I am not sure what streaming music service you have selected to listen to music to on your Echo device, but if you are using a free service, you will not be able to ask for a specific song or artist without upgrading to a premium paid service. Sounds like that is what happened. I recommend looking into the different paid services, such as Amazon Music Unlimited, Spotify Premium, Apple Music, to see what service would be best for you to ensure you can listen the way you would like. Once you do, follow these steps to set that music provider as your preferred music provider. 1. open the Alexa app 2. More on bottom left 3. Settings 4. Music & Podcasts 5. Default Services 6.
