• It works fine for me to control my TV, but I have now changed to using it with my harmony remote. You just need to be on same wifi

• I may be wrong, but I believe it can only be used with Verizon FIOS and/or Amazzon FireStick. Which I have and it works great.

• I have a vizio and unfortunately it doesn’t. It connects to the tv and can change channels turn off and on the tv and volume but doesn’t open apps like Netflix or YouTubed. It’s pretty much a voice activated remote control.
