• Yes, via Bluetooth for listening. It won’t control anything on the laptop and flakes out after a long connection session, music becomes garbled and very irritating. You soon realize you just need a nice Bluetooth speaker.

• Yes - once you register your Echo via your computer, it will be linked to your devices.
