I think so, but you'd have to check. You probably need to setup nested groups. Sonos Play 1 speakers do a much better job for sound quality.

All of them can play the same music at the same time if you set them up as a speaker group, using the Alexa app on your phone. I'm not sure about Echo screen devices since I don't have any, but since you set them up with the same Alexa app, I don't know why it wouldn't work.
