• You would have to have the app installed on your TV but this can help navigate you to those streaming channels with voice commands

• Hello Streaming, in order to stream Netflix and Prime Video to your TV you would need a Fire TV stick or other streaming media device. The Echo Dot can communicate with Fire TV devices however it cannot directly stream to your TV without it. Hope this helps!
