• Alexa works off WiFi. Just download the App and it gives you instructions.

• Echo Dot works off wifi so there is no reason for it not to work in your application.

• Yes! However, you must realize that your phone will be competing with this device for bandwidth. Once installed we turn our phones off! The echo dot doesn’t need your phone.

• Yes, from my experience Alexa can be used as long as it’s connected to WiFi, regardless of whether your phone is connected.
