I see you can tap the top to snooze alarm, but can you turn off/cancel the alarm without talking to alexa? so that you don't wake your partner if you wake up before the alarm and get up. null

Sometimes you can depress the "Action" button on the top of the device and it will stop the alarm; however, sometimes, doing so only acts as a "snooze," as it did for me this morning. I came back into the bedroom a half an hour later and the alarm was playing again. Then you have to say out loud, "Alexa, stop."

Hello! Yes! If you don't want to say "Alexa, stop", you can turn off the alarm by hitting the Action button on the top of your Echo Dot. The Action button is the button on the top of your device with the small dot on it. Have a great day!
