• Hello! The first thing I would do is power cycle the device. You can do this by unplugging it from the wall or from the back of the device. Once it powers back on fully, ask it to play music again and see if it works. The other issue could be WiFi related. If the device is in a spot with poor WiFi connection, the device might start to struggle to continuously play music. Try moving the device to a different location that may get a better signal (away from walls, metal, or other interference).
