Just plugging it back in should bring everything back the way it was. If not, you can always use the Alexa app to look for what you need to reprogram.

yes it can be reset, download app and follow directions. you can get support if needed by customer care.

Hi rduckit54! To reset your Echo Dot: 1. Press and hold the Action button for 20 seconds.
2. Wait for the light ring to turn off and on again.
3. Your device enters setup mode.
4. Open the Alexa App on your mobile device to complete the setup.
