• Hello Caut, every Amazon Echo device has the capability to add parental controls. The difference between them is that the Kids version comes with that feature already enabled and comes in kid friendly designs. The Kids version also comes with 1 year of Amazon Kids+ which is a service that gives you access to thousands of kid friendly games, educational options and more. If you want to use the Echo Dot with Clock as a kids version, simply go into the Alexa App and enable the Amazon Kids feature under the settings. Once enabled you will have access to the Parental Dashboard and be able to set up your parental controls from there. Hope that helps, have a great day!
