Bought one yesterday. the sound is horrible, sounds like it is in a tunnel. Very muffled. Is there a fix or did I get a defective device? I have an Echo and sound is much better so I know how it should sound. Do I need to return it. would rather fix it. null

Ours sounds clear and concise. Very happy. Doesn’t sound like a tunnel at all

Defective device or you forgot to remove the plastic off of the speaker. The sound on mine is fantastic.

Mine was like that too I found a piece of plastic across the front of the speaker pull it off and it will sound a lot better
