No. You can sync with doorbell and/or security system. I'm not familiar with these bulbs but wanted to help point you in hopefully the right direction.

If you go away you will no longer exist, making it difficult to use any apps. But if you just leave your house, yes, you can theoretically turn your lights on and off....assuming they are compatible with Alexa.
