“Does this tablet have a USB port? Is this tablet windows operated? If so is it 7, 8.1, or 10 cause this is what I need. Thank you. Does this tablet have internet explorer?”

Hello, 1976! While this tablet does currently have a USB-C type port that is also used for charging the device, it does not run on Windows. This runs on a Fire OS platform that is an overlay on an Android based system. As for the web browser that it utilizes, it does not use Internet Explorer, rather it uses Amazon's own Silk Browser. Yes... it has an USB port. It is not windows operated.... is better than windows but limites. HOWEVER... you can download 4 programs from Google that will allow to use Google Play and download a lot of Apps for free. Do not have internet explorer, which is obsolete by now, but has a browser that is much better or you can use Google Chrome.
