• No this is a kids tablet and there are apps that can use those files for the adult profiles, they are not by any means required.

The Amazon Fire 10 Kids 10.1" Tablet ages 3-7 (2021) with Wi-Fi 32GB does not need any of the programs mentioned before to operate, however if you want to use this tablet to use those program you will need to have a parent account and use the subscription service for those programs.
