Hello Ocean! The easiest way to do this would be to use a microSD card. You will need to also enable apps to be downloadable from unknown sources. To do this you would go to Settings>Security & Privacy>Apps from Unknown Sources>Silk Browser>Allowed. Once that is done then you would be sure your microSD card is in your old tablet and go to Files>Tap and Hold the APK File for the App>Tap Menu (the 3 dots in the top right corner usually)>Move To or Copy To>Select your microSD card. Then when you take that card out of the old tablet and put into the new tablet, you should be able to go to Files and select that APK file and redownload the app. I hope this helps answer your question and that you have a terrific day!
