• Yes go to settings and look for the wifi section and select your network input your password and you are connected.

• It does connect to wifi. It does not have its own cellular service so you would need to have wireless internet wherever you are attempting to use this. I do believe that there is a YouTube app for it (Google and Amazon had a spat and Amazon yanked YouTube off their tablets but I think they are okay now). IF not you can always go to the YouTube website on the Fire's browser and watch. Hope that helps!
