I am sorry I don't know the difference But can try and answer what I do about the this very one. It is a 7 inch tablet came with the rubber protection for him to hold its light weight, kid friendly . Does hasve a parent code . Haven't had a problem with it changing to YouTube unless parent takes off the code and adds it. When you set it up it will ask you the child's age group so that it will configure your choices. I hope this was helpful.
