Hello! Here is a suggestion to possibly fix your charging issue: 1. Unplug the power adapter and cable that came with your tablet. 2. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds or until your device restarts. 3. Reconnect the cable to the power adapter and your device, then plug the adapter into an outlet. I would try doing that hard reset to see if that fixes the issue. I hope that helps.
