- Answer Try turning it off and then turning it back on. That usually works for me. I use my Amazon Fire 7 with a 64 GB micro SD card to put YouTube movies and recorded lectures of Yale's free online courses on my Amazon Fire 7 for free distribution to the incarcerated. Unfortunately, most facilities will not permit inmates to use any device with either WiFi capability or a camera. I use my Amazon Fire 7 with a 64 GB micro SD card to put YouTube movies and recorded lectures of Yale's free online courses on my Amazon Fire 7 for free distribution to the incarcerated. - Answer I only use it for Zoom meetings. There are games, books, news, music, internet so would assume you could pull up Google. There are a number of videos that are also available, a camera, you can receive email. About all I can tell you, haven't used anything except their Zoom app.

QuestionMy tablet keeps giving me the message that there's a problem with authentication and will not connect to my wifi. I have to reset my wifi each time I want to use the tablet. Any suggestions? It's not my wifi as my phone and laptop connect to it.

- Answer I don't know. I connected a Microsoft Bluetooth wireless keyboard to my Fire but it took a few tries to get the hang of it. - Answer Yes, it has a good thick plug. Good quality. But it doesnt have good support browser, could not access my childs classroom learning app, which is the only reason I made the purchase. Other than the browser they love it, can play other education games, and read books.
