You have to connect your Fire to your computer. Then go to "seetings" on the Fire and select "Connected Devices." Then tap "USB" and tap on the USB and change the "Use USB to" to transfer files. That should work. Jeff Bezos may deserve to be the richest person on earth but whoever wrote the instructions for the Amazon Fire 7 does not. I use my Amazon Fire 7 with a 64 GB micro SD card to put YouTube movies and recorded lectures of Yale's free online courses on my Amazon Fire 7 for free distribution to the incarcerated. Unfortunately, most facilities will not permit inmates to use any device with either WiFi capability or a camera. Do you know of any device similar to the Amazon Fire 7 (or 10) that does not have these capabilities? If so, could you please let me know. Paul O'Donaghue [email protected]
