I don’t think you can do that! But you can download a Line or Zoom app, then you can use it as a phone or video call.

Hello, You can make calls through the Alexa app, you must first set it up and sync your contacts. Then it uses the Wifi in your home to call, but the call will look like to the other person you are calling from your phone, even though it is from the Alexa app on the tablet. Hope that helps.
