“I just [purchased fire7 from pcrichards.System does not recognize password which is correct(authentication problem it says? Also,USB cable connected to my computer tower and I do not think unit is charging. Any ideas?”

Not sure why the problem..but customer support(especially if you get Frank) is great..use them
