I have never downloaded antivirus software and have never had even a hint of a problem, unlike my laptop computer, which I keep up-to-date with antivirus protection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be fine without Antivirus software. Most software will just slow down your Kindle and unless you are trying to pirate or do anything illegal you won't have a problem with viruses.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you're planning to regularly use the online functionality, then anti-virus software is definitely a good idea (as with most tablets and similar mobile devices). We bought ours via Best Buy and it came with a 6-month AV-AS software trial.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recommend all Andriod users download some form of Anti-Virus from either Google Play or Amazon app store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Always Anti Virus should always be the very first thing you buy. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have mine on Norton antivirus and you can get that through Amazon's website. I don't believe that it would take most antivirus software, but it DOES take Norton though.
