Can I use Netflix while NOT connected to wifi? null

I believe Netflix has added a new feature that allows you to download CERTAIN videos so you can watch them while offline. With that said, you need wifi to download those videos as well as watch everything else

Since Netflix is a streaming service you will need to be connected to Wi-Fi.
