Has anyone had questions about charging problems? I purchased one - worked well for about 5 days, then would not charge. Only a photo of the battery would appear even after factory reset. Thought I just had a "bad" one. So, sent back to Amazon and they immediately sent a replacement. Then I purchased another one for a friend's gift. Did the same thing! Purchased at Best Buy - they took it back and gave me a gift card. The second one purchased is now acting up. Best Buy said they haven't had any complaints. But, I cannot imagine that after 3 tablets there is nothing wrong.

So far ours is charging fine. My mother has been using it since Christmas and no problems.

It's cheap. It is slow. I did consider returning it. I don't use it much so it's ok.

Yes it can happen! I had one that we won and had it replaced 7 times in 7 years would work for a couple of months and then die. Amazon was always great about replacing or giving the next newer product out to replace. Some have glitches and I think i may have another. But they replace in like 72 hours and everything you have on the one will transfer over to the next.

I haven't had any problems with it not charging but it does take a long time.
