• No you cannot. You cannot download the Nook App on the Kindle Fire or on any Amazon's Kindles. Sorry about that. Now if you have a Nook from Barnes & Noble, you can download the Amazon's website to read books. But you CANNOT download the Nook App to the Kindle. Sorry.

• no, no wifi working, nothing works on it that needs connectivity

• Yes. Just search for " how-to-read-nook-books-on-kindle-fire". You will find several; pick the one that seems the most straight-forward. I have full access to my Nook Library.
