• i have an active youtube red membership - it allows me to download for offline use (internal storage) NOTE* i pay for youtube red. i can not address if you are a non paying customer

• You can download You Tube on the web. There is NO app for You Tube. And you can download You Tube on the web through Amazon's version of the web called Silk.
