• Hi Anna, the Fire HD 10 does not include the ad-free lock screen. Log into the Manage Your Content and Devices page. Find your Fire HD tablet and click the Actions button next to it; from the menu that pops up under “Special Offers and Ads,” click Edit. Next, click the “Unsubscribe now with the 1-Click button” and then OK to the verification message box. Thank you!
