You can do this yourself. It’s easy just sign into your account on the new tablet and follow the instructions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a fire 7 that stop working, I ordered a fire 10.1 and when it arrived, i put my amazon email and password in and all my info from fire 7 loaded on my 10.1. Im not sure if best buy will transfer. I would call before driving down to best buy.
