“Does this tablet come with mobile capabilities. I'm a truck driver and I need a tablet to work other than on Wi-Fi because I prefer trucker path GPS which isn't on any Garmin or any trucking GPS by itself”

Tablet needs WiFi for real time navigation the only time you don’t need WiFi is for saved books or games that are downloaded and also download movies
