• A:Answer Hello! Some content can be, but not all. Certain apps will not keep data from a previous device, but each app is different. I would make sure you use the Backup & Restore function in the tablet. Here are steps on how to do that: 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings. 2. Tap Device Options, and then tap Backup & Restore. 3. Tap the switch to turn Device Backup ON. Your device will automatically back up once weekly when it is in sleep mode and connected wirelessly." This backup will keep your: -Personal settings -Silk Browser bookmarks -Home screen and app layout. Anything you have purchased through your Amazon account will be available to you on your new tablet, but it will need downloaded once you log into your new one. I hope that information helps. • A:Answer Hello navigation! Thanks so much for your question! The Fire HD 10 does have location features and a predownloaded Maps app that has turn by turn instructions available through it. The device would need to be connected to WiFi in order to follow along with your route as you go. There are also a variety of additional 3rd party map and route planning apps available through the Amazon Appstore.
